Mobile app link to "Create Incident" record producer

We want the mobile app to open the "Record producer = Create incident", the link to open this record producer needs to be added to the screen in the mobile app. please suggest how we can create this link here.

This is the way OOB configured to show record producers in the mobile app

MESP = Mobile Employee Service Portal

id = page id "sc_cat_item"

sys_id = sys_id of the item or record producer

it solved my issue and it looks great

I still have to find out how to make the redirection message with the close button work 

currently the close button does not do any action.. could it be from our script running on the record producer to redirect to homepage after submitting the request?

honestly i did not look into it yet, no real usage of mobile app currently.
