we are using now mobile app for ServiceNow to create incidents.
as part of ootb option/feature, we are using quick links to create incidents and we are able to successfully creating incidents.
as per the ootb functionality, once incident created, we are getting popup screen like" thankyou, your request has been created with incident number" if we click on close button, it is redirecting to home page (quick links) , but it should redirect to incident creation page rather than home page.
Can you please help on this.

Check in the record producer whether Redirect to is selected as "Generated Task record" as below then created record will be auto generated to created incident,
