Notifications disappear in Now Mobile app

Hello,
I'm trying to configure the Now Mobile app for my company.
I noted that the Notifications part in the app empties randomly (it seems). If I look at the normal end user portal, I have for instance 2 open approvals - they don't show at all in Notifications in the app.
Also, if I get answers in my tickets, notifications appear but suddenly the list of notifications is empty again. I cannot find where this can be configured?

Nope, all notifications are now gone again without me clearing the data. Don't understand what triggers the notifications to suddenly disappear.

Did you ever find an answer to this?? I'm running into something very similar for multiple custom push notifications. Some work and some do not. They have the exact same Push Message and Push Message Content. I did notice in my testing if I structured the Push Message Content in a way ServiceNow did not like it was causing disappearances... but my current issue appears to be inconsistent.

You can try uninstall and and re-install the app
Previously one of user having same issue. after installing an adding issue is resolve.
