Now Agent Mobile App Requested items variable not showing

Hi all,

I am basically creating applet for unassigned requested items for the Mobile Agent app under the My Team applet launcher.

I created the applet, however, under the form  screen > Body, I cannot select the variable field, does not come up.

see below.

However, looking at the OOTB Requested items applet, the variable field is there, selected. see below.

I dont know how to add the variable field to the body fields as it does not come up.

What am I missing?

I even tried to copy the data parameter added to the data item of the OOTB requested item applet but still the same.

Try adding it from "backend view" instead of studio, it should work.

Try adding an ACL like below, but for sc_req_item.* instead of task_time_worked.*, and require role itil.

I had a similar issue with the task time worked table.
