On Submit of request in now mobile not showing the request number in the request status page

Hi All,
We are facing issue in now mobile, when the user submits the request , in request status page its showing as "Thank you and your case has been submitted" but its not showing the request number especially for the table which extends the case table, for other request like req, incident and case its showing the number once user submits the form.
Could any one let me know if you faced this issue and what step you have taken to resolve this.
In the above attached image you can see the incident number after submitting, in our case it is showing empty.

Hello Shreekanth,
check for the field number is "checked" in the order screen
sc_layout.list --> Order the status screen for classic and check the "number", if not checked, you can check this once and try it.
If this is checked, then you need to check the WF

Thanks for the suggestion.
I have checked in both "Order Status Screen" and "Order Status Screen (Classic Mobile)" the Request number is already Checked.
This issue is only happening for record produce created for the table lets say XYZ that extends the case table(internally case table extends the task).
XYZ----extends---->Case----extends---->task

Got it! Then May be you need to include this in the WF level. there is a script which populates this screen and i think you need to edit it.

Is the SC order status page not populating the value . Can you let me know which workflow it is ? Is it a flow designer or workflow?
