Hi All,
I have Enabled Now assist in VA by using conversational inferace>assistant >default assistant.
In Display Expereience I configured Portal as Esc and In mobile under chat laucher function I configured as shown in Image.when I went to mobile app it is showing normal va but not now assist .Also Now assist in va is working in esc portal.Please help on this.
Also we have license only for NOw assist for ITSM.Is the issuse is with license or what.
