How do we redirect user from external QR code to particular screen in Now Mobile App.
Ask : User wants to scan a QR code pasted on device/room and based on code it will redirect automatically to Now Mobile App particular screen with available option such as : Troubleshooting help required, Need Installation support, Need Software Update support etc and incident/Service Request will be submitted in with prepopulated fields + with some manual input by user...
