Now Mobile - Change Request

Through Now mobile , Change requests approvals are not possible. So we have customized an screen for change requests. But not able to approve/reject buttons are not visible from Now mobile. 

Can someone help to configure  the screen for change request to approve/reject.

Yes, I'm looking to approve changes from Now Mobile (not Mobile Agent).

We are using Tokyo.
