NowMobile: Disable adding comments for Closed tasks

I am currently facing a request to prevent users from adding comments in NowMobile app to a record that has already been closed, however I do not see any possibility to customize the activity stream screen in Mobile App Builder.

Is there any way to achieve this only for NowMobile without affecting the behavior on UI16? I presume ACLs would change it system-wide which is something the client needs to avoid.

HI @Jiri Kurcik - I think you can write a business rule to check whether the record is closed or not, and then you can restrict the access to comments in the activity stream screen

So the requirement is to disable adding comments when a record is closed only from the mobile app?

Are you still allowing it in the UI16/Next Experience UI and a portal view?

If so, what is the business reasoning behind it?

Hi there - did you ever figure this one out? I am having the same issue. The activity stream on mobile lets users add comments to closed cases, but they can't do it on the portal.
