Hi all,
Working in the On-Call Mobile Push Notifications scope. I have a new client requirement for an existing mobile push notification to contain the Short Description field. The notification is referencing the on_call_push_request table which does not have the Short Description column. After approving this notification (logic assigns INC), they receive a push notification that DOES contain Short Description. I don't have much experience with Mobile App Builder which is what SN docs instruct us to use, and am having some trouble understanding the many tables and relationships within this scope.
Does anyone have any insight on a solution? Not sure if we try and utilize a new notification entirely (not sure LOE involved) or if there's a way to add a Record screen and UI Parameters and Screen Parameter mappings for a different table.
