On Submit of request in now mobile not showing the request number in the request status page

Hi All,
We are facing issue in now mobile, when the user submits the request , in request status page its showing as "Thank you and your case has been submitted" but its not showing the request number especially for the table which extends the case table, for other request like req, incident and case its showing the number once user submits the form.
Could any one let me know if you faced this issue and what step you have taken to resolve this.
In the above attached image you can see the incident number after submitting, in our case it is showing empty.

Hi Paul,
Do you know the script that populates the request status screen?
It seems the options checked/unchecked on the Cart Layout, doesn't seem to have any impact on the changes.
