Push Notification not fetch the details information when we tap on that.

When we receive the push notification for approver and click on that it redirects the correct applet.
However, fields like Short description, Escalation, Description, and item are not mappable when we open any push notification; only created fields fetch the info. The screenshot that is posted below can be seen. how all the fields in the Details section can be mapped. Please assist us in figuring out the problem.

Hello all,
We found the solution for that, this happened because of the "Roles" of the user. The user doesn't have the role for the case table so the user is not able to see the details section. After allocating the role the functionality has worked as expected.
