Hi,
since I can't find any topic facing the same issue, here my problem:
On my Test instance Push Notifications are working great. The are generated, enter the queue and are pushed out to my mobile device.
On our dev instance, they are also generated and also enter the queue, but remain with status "Pending".
Eventually they become "Failure" and following message is displayed in the System Logs:
app=SkyNowRequestPushApp request=388ea62cb145511058edbd032684762c origin=push elapsed=10 status=503 rest error message: Method failed: (/api/now/v1/push/SkyNowRequestPushApp/enqueue) with code: 503
Did anyone faced this issue as well or has an idea how to troubleshoot?
I'm very thankful for any help!

In your Preferences > Notifications, the above 2 channels indicated in red line, needs to be turned on for Agent Mobile and Now Mobile respectively
Scrolling down in the list of notifications, open the push notification and enable the above 2 channels for it.
Make sure you are in the recipient list of the push notification

Thank you very much for your help! Unfortunately, the user I'm testing with, is already in the recipient list and the correct notification is toggled on in their settings.
Push notifications are created, as I can see in System Logs > Push Notifications. But they are stuck in "Type" "Pending". Additionally, this error gets created:
push: app=SkyNowRequestPushApp request=04cc2d183de51d50d7ad89d6c778b968 origin=push elapsed=11 status=503 rest error message: Method failed: (/api/now/v1/push/SkyNowRequestPushApp/enqueue) with code: 503: no thrown error

I am getting the type as success in the System logs. I have enabled the notification preference but not receiving the notification on the phone. If anyone gets the solution can you please ASAP ? It's a bit urgent
