Hi Team,
There is one requirement, once we scan the QR code from the bill receipt, the catalog form fields should auto-populate. This is visible in ServiceNow.
[Please assist me in creating a scanner in the catalog item form we require]
It would be helpful if someone could provide their thoughts and directions if it is visible

Hi, unfortunately your post doesn't make your configuration\requirement clear. is this QR code a link\reference to an existing record in your ServiceNow instance, a link to a new record (catalog item\record producer)? or something else. What exactly are you doing\trying to do? If you can update this thread to provide clear and specific details of your requirement the community would be in a better position to review and advise.

As requested by the requester, we need to create a scanning option from the catalog item/record producer in order to auto populate a few fields.
Please assist me in creating a scanner in the catalog item form we require and how to auto populate field values from scanner.

Hi @Raju kunde ,
you are probably not able to do it because catalog items are rendered using an embedded mobile service portal page.You should be able to do it using the Scan QR Code action along with a function and a form applet or list applet, but not through record producers or catalog items.
