Send email from Now Mobile app/Now Agent app

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to send emails via the Now Agent app. I am specifically trying to replicate the functionality of the Information Communication Tasks on the Incident Communication Plan record, where you can use the Compose action, as here:

However, I am just wondering in general if email sending can be added to the Now Agent app, or failing that the Now Mobile app

Hi @AngusWIlliams  - i don't think  this feature of sending emails directly from the Now Agent or Now Mobile app is currently not a built-in feature. 

To bring this in, I see one option of having deep linking the email client, but it is complex due to device fragmentation like many other OS you need to factories. Other options include integrating your email Client with now mobile app.

Hi @snowdev8 ,

Do you want to redirect to email/ outlook when you click on the button in mobile.

If yes, then there is concept of mobile deep linking which open's outlook based on your scenario.

And when we use quick action to show details of record in record screen and give tyep as email then it will open email apps(email, outlook).

If you wanted me to give end-end procedure please provide the scenario for this
