Some words in the mobile app are not in English, even though English language is selected.

Hello everyone,

 

The user is using English as the language. In the "My Requests" section of the mobile app, the update time of the ticket is displayed as '19 days her' instead of '19 days ago'. Please see attached.

Has anyone encountered this issue before and could you please let me know how to fix it?

Hi @TrangSN  - Looks like a cache issue. Can you try to clear the cache or update the app from store? Lets try this for first hand before checking your configuration, unless you have not changed anything in the codes.
