I am on iOS 17.2 and have the latest version of the Now Mobile app. I cannot seem to clear the stuck "1" notification on the app icon. There are no notifications to clear in the app and I have tried rebooting my phone, updating iOS and the Now app, and signing out and back in.

Hi @fratamicod -
Have you tried - Check for Background App Refresh or Reset App Notification Settings on your phone? is this only for you or for everyone?
Also, I see the latest NowApp mobile version. As of Dec 06, 2023, nowmobile is V17.00 ( pretty new), pls update your app and ensure cache is cleared as well.

I'm having the same issue - I uninstalled the app/deleted data; then reinstalled the app and the notifications are still present.

Having trouble with an app update being stuck on your iPhone? Don't worry, it's a fairly common issue. Here are a few things you can try to fix it:-
First, check your internet connection:- Make sure you're connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or have a strong cellular signal. A weak connection can sometimes prevent updates from downloading.
Next, try restarting your iPhone:- A simple restart can often resolve these kinds of glitches. Just press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons until the power off slider appears, then swipe to power off. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
Finally, try deleting and reinstalling the app:- If none of the above steps work, you can try deleting the app and then reinstalling it from the App Store. This can sometimes refresh the app and fix any underlying issues.
If none of these solutions work, you can try to follow for best assistance below.
