To add change request to Servicenow agent mobile app.

Need to click on create new application or click on ITSM mobile in studio.

Please provide steps to add change request to mobile agent app.

Create New Application is there to create new custom/scoped application. You should add this to existing ITSM Mobile to keep all the ITSM products in the same scope/app. Also, there are couple of existing data items related to Change request in the ITSM Mobile app but require additional configuration to display on the mobile app. 

  • Change Requests - Completed Approvals  
    • It list all the change requests in the approved or rejected state created in the last 12 months and approved/rejected by Me. 
  • Change Requests - Pending Approvals
    • It list all the change requests in the requested state created in the last 12 months and require approval from Me.

Can you explain what you wanted to achieve and where you stand so far? what issue are you facing?

Hi Muhammad When I click on studio, it shows as 'create an application' and also shows other already created applications. 1. Now to add change request option to mobile agent, I should click on 'create a new application' or go in to ' ITSM Mobile' application that's already exists. 2. I have to see list of change requests assigned to my team 3. Another one tab to show list of Ctask assigned to my team.
