Unable to open "ServiceNow Mobile Agent - Intune"

Description: ServiceNow Mobile Agent for Intune (Android) is installed from the play store. Development instance is configured using Intune and the app is also registered in the company portal, including browser configuration (Google Chrome). However, when the Mobile Agent is opened and clicked on the "Preconfigured Instances", this opens up Chrome and redirects to Chrome homepage and displays the message as "Required browser app was not found"

Note - This works fine for iOS devices, issue is only with Android devices

As Fu mentioned, please open up a case/ticket so that one of our technical support folks can take a closer look. This seems unexpected since you are only experiencing this issue on Android.

Any solution to this. I am having the same issue and other users are able to register without any issue.
