Hi,
it's possible to change the order of tab of microsoft teams app in Servicenow ? I want to make first the page of Portal and the secondo one the chat of VA. It's possibile that ?

This is something you will have to do at MS teams end.
If you want to customize, please check the process from Microsoft documentation to add more custom tabs.
manifest.
In order to add tab to the existing Servicenow App, you need to build an azure app and make changes to app manifest.json.
