We have multiple tenants in our environment and we want to connect them to one ServiceNow instance for using Virtual Agent. We have our primary tenant already connected and working fine. But we cannot find any documentation about connecting multiple tenants to ONE ServiceNow instance. Everything I am currently finding is going the other way (multiple SNow environments to one MS tenant). When we try to add another integration, it circles back and says we already have it set up. Has anyone been able to set up multiple tenants or does this require licensing above ITSM Standard?
