Data flow from MS Teams to Major security Incident Management

Hello All,

Recently, we have implemented MSIM (Major security Incident management) application and we have also enabled MS teams collaboration. The connection works as expected but we need some information regarding data flow between MS Teams to ServiceNow. This information is very much required for us to go live for Teams integration. Can someone please help us with some data flow diagram on MSIM Teams integration?

Hi, can you give me the name of the connector which you used to integrate teams with MSIM. Is there any documentation available for this integration. Please help as I have to do a POC on this.
