Error: Failed to create a meeting

Hello SN experts, 

I have completed the full integration of major incidents into Microsoft Teams and confirmed that everything is in place, however, when I go to initiate a meeting in the workbench using teams, I get an error: "Failed to create a meeting" with no indication as to why.  Can someone please let me know how to go about resolving this error? Here is a screenshot:

I am facing an issue where, only for Service Catalog Task (SCTASK) records, clicking the "Start Microsoft Teams Meeting" option under the Collaborate icon results in the error message: "Failed to create meeting." This functionality works correctly for Requested Item (RITM) records. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows how to resolve this? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
