Hello,
We’ve implemented notifications with the ServiceNow Virtual Agent integrated with Microsoft Teams, and I’m currently exploring reporting options.
I’d like to ask:
- Are there any out-of-the-box reports or dashboards that provide visibility into:
- The number of informational and actionable notifications generated?
- The number of users who performed actions such as approving or rejecting directly through the notifications in MS Teams?
If not available by default, are there any recommended approaches or best practices for tracking this kind of data?

I believe if something which comes OOTB should come with that Microsoft Teams plugin itself.
Did you notice any such reports/dashboards?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

This is something I have been looking for for years! I have not found a way to report on how many times a certain notification was sent and how many times someone took action if it was an action notification.
There is a high-level report for notifications on the conversational dashboard. Would LOVE to see which are doing good and which are doing bad.
