Error when starting chat in form

Hi all,

 

I've completed the setup of the ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams plugin.

 

I'm using my companies ServiceNow Development platform.

I'm using my personal 365 Development platform and authorized the tenant.

 

When I click on "Start Microsoft Teams Chat" on the incident table, it opens the modal properly but when I add the customer (which is a test user with the email from my 365 dev) and click "Start Chat", i'm presented with an error suggesting they don't have a Teams account.

 

When i test this from another test ITIL user with the email from my 365 dev, the modal doesn't open and suggests there is no tenant installed on this instance.

 

Has anyone had similar issues and knows what steps I can try - I've spent absolutely ages looking around and just can't figure it out!
