Can you send satisfaction surveys to Microsoft Teams?

I was recently asked about sending satisfaction surveys to Microsoft Teams.  I know the Actionable Message plugin for Outlook allows surveys to be taken within the email itself, but what about taking surveys within Microsoft Teams?  Currently, surveys are being sent out for Incidents and Service Requests.  Thanks in advance!

@Community Alums, I wasn't able to find a solution to this.  I will check out @Andy Yen's suggestion though when I get a free moment and report back.
