getting "unknown user" in teams channel notification after integration with servicenow

Any one suggest the configuration steps, in such a way we need incident caller in place of "unknown user".

This is what I got from ChatGPT — not sure if it's entirely correct, but it seems like a sync issue.

If you’ve already completed all the configurations as per the ServiceNow documentation and the issue still persists, it’s best to log a ServiceNow Support case.

 

The issue of seeing "Unknown User" notifications in Microsoft Teams after integrating with ServiceNow is often related to user synchronization and linking between the two systems. Specifically, the "Automatically link ServiceNow user profiles" setting on the Messaging Apps Integration page needs to be enabled, and the email addresses in ServiceNow should match those in TeamsIf these don't align, or if a user profile is created before auto-linking is enabled, you might see "Unknown User" notifications.
