I am working on ServiceNow Virtual Agent integration with MS Teams and requirement is to hide the Show me everything button.
I tried setting the system property glide.cs.disable.show_me_everything = true
Show me everything button is hidden and Promoted topics are also not showing
Has anyone faced this issue before?
Is there a recommended way to hide only the “Show me everything” button without impacting promoted topics in MS Teams?
I have reviewed the available documentation and related community posts, but I could not find a relevant or clear answer for this specific question.
Please help.
