Sending Microsoft teams channel chat to servicenow major incident

I want to be able to send the Microsoft teams channel chat to service now major incident. 

Our Microsoft Teams is already having tenant license with one ServiceNow instance, can I add one more instance? If yes, what is the process?

Yes, you can add multiple ServiceNow instances (e.g., Development, Test) to a single Microsoft Teams tenant
