Is it possible to add a dynamic hyperlink to the Incident/task, in the opening message of a Teams chat?
Right now the default is; This chat log may be saved to better serve you in the future.
We'd like it to have a clickable link to the task for both the agent to take them to the ITIL task view, and the end user to take them to the portal if clicked on, to reference back to the ticket without having to copy and paste the number themselves.

unfortunately there is no straightforward way to do it in OOB implementation. we are sending it as plain text content for now. perhaps you can raise an enhancement request?

How can I raise and enhancement request for this as it would be very useful. Especially when adding other agents to the chat who are not part of the task itself.

Looks like you want the text to be dynamic with the hyperlink. Don't think it is possible out of the box. Collaboration Services -> Microsoft Teams -> Chat Configuration or the table sn_tcm_collab_hook_chat_config has the text you refer to above, in case you want to amend it
