Imported Microsoft Teams messages are displayed as JSON in the Service Portal/ESC

Hello all,
I am currently testing the Teams plugin and can start a Teams chat from ServiceNow and import the messages.
When I look at the messages in the backend everything looks fine so far, however when I look at the record in the Employee Service Center the comments are output as JSON. Any idea what the problem is and how to fix it?

Hi florian,

yes we identified this issue and we are fixing this in August release (yet to be published). ITSM Teams version v2.6.0 and Collaboration Services v3.6.1.

Hello @Raguram1 , Can you please check and let me know what is the progress of this fix ? 

 

I recently installed and configured ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 integration and on the Employee center I still see it as JSON.

@Marinela G @DREX could you please confirm your "Collaboration Services" version in your instance?

 

Also, if you are upgrading to Collaboration Services v3.6.1 then you may still see the issue for import done previously. Fix will affect only for newly created/imported messages after upgrade.
