Hello,
we try to integrate our dev, test, and prod instances with a single MS Teams tenant "X". So, we try to follow the instructions found on docs https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/team...
We have previously set up the integration in our test environment, as shown below, and now we want to do the same in our dev and prod env. The integration works as expected in test env.
So, we created a new bot on MS Teams on "X" tenant, and we try to insert this info on ServiceNow dev instance.
On dev instance, as shown bellow, it is visible that "2 Teams integrations installed". It's like the dev instance can see that two bots are installed in our test env (isn't it strange???).
We click on the Install button next to the "Set up a single Microsoft Teams tenant to integrate multiple ServiceNow instances."
However, this is what we receive: "The Tenant ID you entered already exists".
Any ideas, how we could solve this?
Your help would be priceless.
Smith.

@Smith Johnson was the dev instance cloned or something?
if you cannot see the installed tenants in UI, you can go to sys_cs_provider_application table and check the entries.
You can also uninstall the tenants if you think they are not the right ones and want to install new bot.
you can follow this KB in case you want to cleanup your dev env

you can use this property to override, value to be "true"
sn_now_azure.allow_tenant_override, after adding this property you will be allowed to override
