Issue in Actionable Notifications from MS Teams

Hi,

I have configured Servicenow for Microsoft Teams and installed all necessary plugins. I am receiving an actionable notification for approval of RITM but once I approve/reject it from MS teams, I am seeing the message as below but in the backend the RITM gets approved as expected. Any ideas/suggestions what could be the issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi Jag, first I would check you havnt got the business rule disabled that updates the notification card back in Teams when the approval record is updated.  The br needs to be active, runs on the sysapproval_approver table and is called: MS teams: approval notification update

Hi Jag, do you still have this issue? can you check syslog and post if there are any errors related to this?

We are receiving the reply and once updated we are posting back the status, probably something is going wrong after record update, would like to know if there are any errors.
