ServiceNow webhook for teams

Can the ServiceNow webhook for teams work with a private channel on teams, or does this only work with a public teams channels?

Hello @adminperson ,

The ServiceNow webhook for Microsoft Teams can work with private channels on Teams, as well as public channels. When setting up the webhook, you will need to provide the URL of the private channel you want to send notifications to. You can obtain this URL by right-clicking on the private channel and selecting 'Get link to channel'. Note that users must have access to the private channel in order to receive notifications sent via webhook.
