Viva Connections Integration

Hi community,

 

I'm currently trying to integrate ServiceNow with Viva Connections. The idea would be to have a dashboard as Teams homepage displaying user's latest information as: Incidents, Approvals and news from the company. I've follow the documentation provide by ServiceNow but haven't been able to complete that part: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-employee-service-management/page/product/sn-ms-viva-integrat... 

 

I passed that step and tried to upload the Viva Connections package into SharePoint which resulted with an error:

Does someone have an idea on how to do to go any further on this ?

Hi Arnoldha,

You need to extract the file from the zipped folder and upload only the file.

This should solve your issue.
