Changing ServiceNow teams tenant id for virtual Agent

Hi All, 

I have recently changed the Microsoft Teams  tenant id on "Install Azure Apps". Given all the permissions and published the app again to new tenant. 
The app is visible on teams , but it is not interacting at all. Even few notifications are going out to the older tenant teams . Not sure what is the issue here . I tried this in sub prod the transition was smooth. but this didnt work in Production . Any inputs would be helpful.

Hi @Tapish Sharma1,

 

Have you used the same tenant for prod and subprod?

 

If so, have you deleted everything related to sub prod in the Azure config?
