Compliance case state flow modification based on "Subtype" of case

Hello Team,

I have two options for "subtype" as "policy violation" and "Tax fraud".

1. Now if they select "policy violation" as subtype then

 

while transitioning from "new" state then canceled state should not shown. Only triage state.

And for "tax fraud" subtype both traige and canceled should be shown as options(which is OOB).

 

2. Again if subtype is policy violation the while transitioning from resolve state

only "post case review" should be appeared and investigate should be hidden.

 

Adn for "tax fraud" subtype both options should be visible.

 

I have seen a common state model created.

 

But, how we can acheive this hiding option of states based on subtype of compliance case.

Hello @Sriram28 ,
For this requirement, you have to use custom solution. 

Ideally  Client script and configure based on your requirement to show and hide. Do not think there is any OOTB solution or state model to support this requirement.
