Entities report on the compliance workspace homepage is not displaying records

When clicking on the pie chart(red or green) in the 'Entities' report on the homepage of the Compliance Workspace, users are seeing a blank list, despite there being entities listed on the report and shows the numbers. Has anyone faced similar issue, any help would be appreciated please.

 

This is not an ACL issue as this report is on the compliance entity report table and it requires only sn_grc_reader role to view the table records and all users are provided with that role. And we are not see security prevents from viewing its just no records to display that comes up.

Hello @SuganyaD ,

 

If not an ACL issue,

1. Filter Condition issue: Could you alter the filter condition and review. Run that same encoded query directly in the list view to confirm whether it returns records.

Inactive / Retired Records Included in Chart but Filtered in List, verify that too. 

2. Check if the report is PA-driven (Analytics Hub) or a standard report, and if PA, verify snapshot freshness. Check if PA jobs are running and whether the snapshot data is current.

 

Above are potential issues, not certain try these if still not working, please raise HI support ticket.

@Vinod54 Thank you for your response. When we remove the filters the records are visible for the user in the report. however with the default filters it is not showing the records. In the backend the user is able to view the records with the same filter condition
