Event parm 1 contains recipient

Hello,

Our SLA breach notifications use the Event parm 1 contains recipient

How can I add additional users to Event parm 1 contains recipient at the moment the email is only sent to the assigned to person of the ticket. I want to add the manager of the group so they also receive the email notification.
