Dear Team,
We are planning to transition our GRC Risk Management module back to the out-of-the-box configuration. I am seeking advice regarding the scoring section.
Specifically, I would like to understand the available configuration options for risk scoring and whether we can implement custom calculations without resorting to module customizations.
Any insights or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Thomas

Hi @thomasanton ,
If you are planning to go OOTB then why you want to go with Custom Risk Score calculation? Also, are you looking for Classic Risk or Advance?

Hi Sandeep,
I am looking at the configuration options for the risk scoring with as much OOTB as possible. We are using classic risk.
Thanks,
Thomas

Hello @thomasanton ,
Its always great to know when a customer plans to move OOB but not everything fits as it is.
Below is applicable if you are on minimum Pro SKU.
For eg. If you plan to implement FAIR assessment then the need scripting the calculations becomes necessity.
Advanced Risk Factors provides the possibility of scripting to calculate the risk for the ongoing assessment. Linke instead of selecting the factor to perform product/sum/average/max one needs to select script option. Using this do not harm the OOTB idea.

Hi Anurag,
We are currently on a legacy SKU for classic GRC. Do you believe it would have to be complex custom scripting?
Thanks,
Thomas
