We are currently using only the GRC LITE Operator role, and the GRC Business User LITE application is also installed. We now want to leverage the GRC Approver Configurator to manage approvals for policies and policy exceptions. Could you please clarify the following:
- Does the GRC Approver Configurator include any roles that fall under the GRC LITE Operator role, or do we need to assign separate roles specifically for approvals?
- Can the Approver Configurator be used for policy exception approvals as well? Older documentation did not show policy exceptions as part of the base tables, but recent versions seem to include this functionality—can someone confirm this with reference to the latest release?
- How can a GRC Approver override existing RAM (Risk Approval Matrix) approvers in the approval flow? Can the LITE Operator role contribute to or help in this override mechanism, or is it purely driven by configuration and specific approver roles?
