How are Issue [sn_grc_issue] Remediation Tasks / Acceptance Tasks / Milestones automated?

Greetings,
Been looking into this for few days unsuccessfully, and I appreciate your help and comments:
In Issue [sn_grc_issue] table, after 'Respond' state is completed (either when response is Accept or Remediate) there are related records that get generated. They are of a type:
- Acceptance Tasks or
- Policy Exceptions or
- Milestones
I have been searching unsuccessfully to find the source of how do these related record generations get configured?
I would greatly appreciate any guidance/direction you can give me how to be able to configure such related records generation in Issue table.
Also, was wondering if there is a property that can be configured for such purpose.

Can you please help understand what "configurations" you are looking for ? Do you mean you wish to control the type of issue record that should be generated when the issue is responded ?
