In list view, the field 'indicator' value is showing empty and over form view the value is displayed

In the compliance Workspace, for one user, the field 'indicator' value is showing empty in List view whereas in Form view the value is being displayed.
And through backend in list view the value is being displayed.
Only in Workspace this issue is.
Please share your advise that what could be the issue here.

happening for only this user or all users?
how about admins?
did you ask that user to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Yes this issue is happening for that user only.
Admins are able to see everywhere.
