IRM - Risk assessment methodology - Reassessment frequency

Dear Team,

I am creating a Risk Assessment Methodology with the assess type set to 'Assess - Risk' and have added the entity class as Company. However, for the assess type 'Risk', there is no option to add a Reassessment Frequency. Upon checking, I found that the Reassessment Frequency is only available for object-based RAMs.

I would like to understand if there is any possibility of adding a Reassessment Frequency for a risk-based RAM.

Note: I do not want to use Scheduled Assessments in this case, and would like to explore the option of adding Reassessment Frequency directly on the RAM."

Hi @SUSMITHA KRISHN,

The Reassessment Frequency option is available for Object-based Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAMs). When the Assessment Type is Assess – Risk, this option is not available.

If your requirement is to periodically reassess Risk records, the recommended OOTB approach is to use Scheduled Assessments.

If you prefer not to use Scheduled Assessments, you can implement your own automation using Flow Designer, a Business Rule, or a Scheduled Script/Job to initiate reassessments based on your business requirements.

If you need a configurable Reassessment Frequency directly on a Risk-based RAM, this capability is not available OOTB and would require customization.
