In advanced risk, approval can be obtained on risk assessment instance even if the risk response task remains open and Risk remains in Respond state and metrics (KRIs) can be applied on the Risk even in Respond state. (or data can be collected through metrics to monitor the performance of risk).
Ideally this behavior is against the standard process of monitoring the risks through indicators/metrics when risk comes in 'monitor' state. Can someone please explain this.
