Provide Comments field mandatory in workspace and renamed the field in inherent & control assessmen

 I am not allowed to move to from the Inherent Assessment to the Control Assessment, and again from the Control Assessment to the Residual Assessment, without entering text into the "Provide Comments" field in Risk Workspace Additionally, I should see that the field has been renamed to "Justification".

I tried to edit that field using UI Builder in Risk Workspace, but couldn't able to find where the Provide Comments field is configured.
There is one 'Scoring Context' container which is not editable.
