Question to the Community:
Have you found the case where the Primary contact is no longer with the company, but is still listed in VendorRisk/TPRM? How does the Assessment get addressed? What do you do, contact the one of the other contacts?

Recommended Actions When the Primary Contact Leaves.......
1. Update the Contact Record: Navigate to Vendors > Vendor Contacts and set a new contact as primary (ensuring only one is marked). This restores the recipient for any pending assessments...
2. Customize the Contact Workflow: If your business needs e.g., automatically deactivating a departed contact when assessments close or triggering notifications when acknowledgments bounce are not fully met by OOTB functionality, you may implement Business Rules to enforce only one primary, after close triggers to mark contact records inactive, or Workflows to alert internal teams to refresh the primary contact....
