Hi ,
Few vendors are unable to submit the vendor assessment from vendor portal and i could see that variables were greyed out and not able to fill/enter the fields as shown below. Can anyone explain what might be the issue.

Hi,
Exactly vendor contact won't be able to submit the vendor risk assessment even if he is primary contact. Ideally vendor contact needs to be created first and then assessment should be submitted.

I believe I have a related issue, and would like to clarify the root cause. An engagement assessment was sent to the primary contact, the primary contact added a secondary contact and assigned them to the engagement, but the secondary contact showed the engagement assessment questionnaire fields greyed out. Can someone please confirm if an engagement assessment has to be resubmitted if a secondary engagement/vendor contact is added after the assessment was initiated?
