Borders are not visible in Washington DC

After the upgrade we have lost our borders around some fields. How can I get it back, which attribute to adjust?

Yes, we have a custom theme, but I haven´t developed it so I can´t find the name of the attribute to add a black 1 px border

You need to find out that theme. Go to theme builder and try to search for same. The theme is only causing isue. or reach out to the operation team.
