Hello, Everyone.
I am unable to select the OOTB Polaris theme below in either the global or scoped applications.
Do you know how I can apply this 'theme' to the global portal?
regards.

Hi @mugi-san ,
Out of the box (OOTB), the Portal Next Experience Theme is supported only on the following CSM portals: CSM, CSP, and KB.
To use this theme on other portals, you need to add the portal's sys_id to a system property.
- Navigate to the portal record where you want to use the Portal Next Experience Theme and copy its sys_id.
- Navigate to sys_properties.list and open the property with the name glide.sp.polaris.theme.allowed.portals.
- Append the portal sys_id to the Value field (comma-separated as other sys_ids already exist) and save the record.
- You can now apply the Portal Next Experience Theme to that portal.

HI.
It seems this theme cannot be used because it is a special theme provided by a store app, and is only available for a very limited, specific set of OOTB portals.(CSM,CSP,KB,business_portal)
release notes:
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/store-release-notes/store-rn-plat-ui-portal-next-experience-theme....
It seems possible to create a new custom theme and apply the header and footer set by this app to that theme.
We will apply the replicated custom theme to the portal.

Thanks, @Tanushree Maiti .
Thank you for your response.
It seems that when applying the Coral theme to the portal,we cannot simply switch it like the standard UI you presented; instead, it is an either-or choice between the Coral and Polaris themes.
If heavy customizations have already been implemented on the existing Polaris theme,
we have two options: either replicate those same implementations onto the two new themes (or apply a newly developed theme with an equivalent level of customization), or stick with the existing theme to maintain the current content.
As long as we do not need to strictly stick to the "Portal Next Experience Theme" within the Global scope, we can apply either the "Customer Experience Coral Theme" or the "Customer Experience - Polaris Theme." (or create a new custom theme. Since the header and footer differ in the new theme, extensive customization may be necessary in some cases.)
regards,
